Also third parties are considered among them to be the co-owners for damages to which the co-ownership is responsible and includes the liability of each co-owner to third parties, to the other co-owners and to the co-ownership. The manager, as well as the members of his family, is also considered to be a third party for damages to which the co-ownership is responsible.
