▪Coverage: Accidents that will occur in the premises and facilities of the pharmacy are covered.
Responsibility for the execution of medical prescriptions and the manufacture of proprietary preparations.
Liability derived from the existence of a laboratory, provided that it is not equipped for industrial production.
Personal civil liability of any licensed pharmacy manager or associate pharmacist holder of a diploma for at least two years, for accidental damages incurred to third parties other than the insured person himself during the performance of their work.
▪ Included: Responsibility from fire, pipe leakage, elevator operation, signs, loading/unloading and Employer Liability.
