  • Insured: Owner and/or property manager and contractors, subcontractors at the site of the project.

  • Coverage: Accidents that will occur as a result of building construction work (offices / shops / houses), extension or addition, internal configuration / renovation, repair / maintenance / painting of the exterior.

  • Included: Responsibility for fire, loading/unloading of vehicles, damage to pipelines and underground facilities, employer liability.

  • Indicatively, third parties are considered to be: anyone who has nothing to do with the execution of the project.


Β. ROAD BLOCKS (No bridges and tunnels), REFORMATIONS OF PUBLIC AREAS

  • Insured: The contractor, the Master of the Project (Ministry, Region, Municipality) and the subcontractors at the site of the project.

  • Coverage: Accidents that will occur as a result of the performance of the contract work are covered.

  • Included: Liability for damage to pipelines and underground facilities, responsibility by fire, liability of retreat/landslide of the ground, cross-liability, employer liability.

  • Indicatively, third parties are considered to be: anyone who has nothing to do with the execution of the project.


C. IRRIGATION SEWERAGE WORKS

  • Insured: The contractor, the Developer (Ministry, Region, Municipality) and the subcontractors at the site of the project.

  • Coverage: Accidents that will occur as a result of the performance of the contract work are covered.

  • Included: Liability for damage to pipelines and underground facilities, responsibility by fire, liability of retreat/landslide of the ground, cross-liability, employer liability.

  • Indicatively, third parties are considered to be: anyone who has nothing to do with the execution of the project.
